Human Rights Policy

CTN GROUP HUMAN RIGHTS POLICY

1. Purpose and Scope

As CTN Group, respect for human rights is an integral part of our corporate culture. We commit to working in compliance with universal human rights in all geographies where we operate, and to creating an environment that respects the fundamental rights of our employees, business partners, and suppliers. This policy applies to CTN Group employees, management, and all third parties acting on our behalf.

2. International and National Principles

Our company references basic international conventions such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and the United Nations Global Compact. We commit to full compliance with national legislation on human rights and standards defining fundamental rights and freedoms in business life.

3. Respect for Rights and Obligations

• Prohibition of Discrimination: All employees are treated equally without any discrimination such as race, gender, religion, ethnic origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, or political opinion. Equal opportunity is provided in recruitment, remuneration, promotion, and training processes.

• Forced Labour and Child Labour: We adopt a zero-tolerance approach against all forms of forced labour, modern slavery, and child labour. We expect all parties in our supply chain and operations to comply with these principles.

• Working Conditions and Wages: We provide a healthy and safe working environment for our employees, complying with national minimum wage and working hours regulations. Overtime payments are made within the framework of relevant laws.

• Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining: We respect employees' rights to unionize and collective bargaining. We encourage employees to convey their views and suggestions, creating safe channels for them to express their concerns without retaliation.

• Prevention of Harassment and Violence: We show zero tolerance for all kinds of physical, psychological, or sexual harassment, mobbing, and violence. An environment of respect and courtesy among employees is the basis of our corporate culture.

4. Supply Chain and Business Partners

CTN Group expects all suppliers and business partners in its field of activity to act in accordance with human rights standards. We encourage our suppliers and business partners to implement similar policies in their own supply chains, and we initiate necessary improvement processes if violations are detected.

5. Management and Monitoring

The implementation of our human rights policy is overseen by our senior management and audited by appropriate committees reporting to our Chief Executive Office. We review our human rights practices at regular intervals, inform our employees and suppliers, and make necessary improvements.

6. Complaint and Notification Channels

Our employees and stakeholders can use a notification system through which they can report any violations or concerns regarding human rights anonymously. In case violations are detected, an investigation is conducted fairly, quickly, and confidentially, and necessary corrective activities are implemented.

7. Continuous Improvement

As CTN Group, we are aware that our effort to respect human rights is critical for a sustainable business model. For this reason, we regularly update our policy and increase the awareness of our employees regarding human rights through training and awareness studies.
