Green Energy

Green energy is a type of renewable energy obtained from natural resources such as sunlight, wind, rain, tides, plants, algae, and geothermal heat. Fossil fuels, on the contrary, are a limited type of energy that takes millions of years to form and is depleted as it is used. In addition, renewable energy sources do not harm the environment like fossil fuels do.

In order to reduce the negative effects of climate change, important decisions have been made in the European Union along with many countries of the world, and within the framework of the published European Green Deal, it has been targeted to become the first carbon-neutral continent by reducing carbon emissions to zero by 2050.

In the face of the impact that the transformation required by the Green Deal and the additional greenhouse gas reduction targets will create on industry, the EU has stated that, in addition to different areas such as “Combating Climate Change,” “Clean Energy,” “New Industrial Strategy,” “Farm to Fork Agriculture,” “Circular Economy,” “Ecosystems and Biodiversity,” and “Zero Pollution,” the “Carbon Border Adjustment” will be implemented in all exporting countries.

We are the first and only Turkish company in the world’s industry that designs WHR plants including Organic Rankine Cycle systems for generating electricity from waste heat, with 85% localization and facilities compatible with Industry 4.0.

Energy production and consumption in industry account for more than 75% of the EU’s greenhouse gas emissions. For this reason, we believe that energy efficiency should be given great importance.
